I am the founder of Fierce Co-Hosting, a business dedicated to providing comprehensive short-term rental management services. I currently host properties in Chicago and Pinellas County, Florida, delivering tailored solutions to property owners in these markets.
We manage the day-to-day operations of rental properties, including guest communication, bookings, and revenue optimization, to maximize owners' income. Our team handles all the logistics, such as scheduling cleaners, landscapers, pool cleaning and maintenance companies, and ensuring properties are consistently guest-ready and up to standard. We specialize in setting up properties for success, from installing essential items like noise monitors to coordinating with contractors for maintenance and property enhancements.
Whether you're new to the market or looking to optimize an existing portfolio, I am dedicated to maximizing your return and maintaining the flexibility you need.
